Youth Forum is a United Church event for teenagers, between the ages of 15 and 19, from across the Maritimes, the Gaspé and Bermuda. Together, a safe community of over one hundred teens is formed, and gathered as one in the name of Christ. This Years Theme is Green Faith/Green Earth. This theme will explore issues related to the environment and the impact they make on our lives as Christians in the United Church of Canada. Together with other youth, you will discuss, explore and reflect on the connections between your faith and green living. During a weekend of youth-relevant themes, music, worship and fun you will explore what it means to have faith in God, while being part of a wider community set in a caring, spirit-filled environment. Youth Forum 2009 will take place May 28 – 31, 2009 at Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB. www.youthforum.ca
